Special weeks

In summer we organize special weeks to prepare traditional local preserves suach as dried tomatoes ("chiappareddi"), tomato extract ("astrattu"), prickly pear mostarda ("mostarda di fico d’india"). We follow the ancient methods to preparate them.
In autumn our gest can take part to olive harvesting and assist to olive pressing in typical old grindstones, after wiwhich you can taste our local fresh bread with new oil.
Foreigners who wish to learn Italian language we organize on demand courses of Italian language and civilization held by professional teachers.
